What is new?

Luckily, Christmas is coming then there are only three days left and I will come back to my hometown to spend some time with my family because actually, we haven't seen each other for such a long period of time then I am elated and I can't wait. Unfortunately, today is Sunday and I need to study for my english test and moreover, I should read a setbook for the literature. Hopefully,  I will be able to make it but honestly, I am tired and fed up with everything so I wish I could take a rest and recharge my batteries as soon as possible. Directly after Christmas, I am going to Denmark to celebrate New Year's Eve over there so I am looking forward. Next, I will get back to Poznan and unfortunately, I will be supposed to start out preparing for my exams which will take place at the beginning of February so at the thought of them, I am truly worried and stressed out but I really hope that I will be able to pass them:)
Have a nice evening and a nice week!:)

What is it like to work as a flight attendant?

In a week I am going away again and because of my frequent travels, I am wondering what it is like to work as a flight attendant. It is obvious that there are plenty of girls who are truly willing to fly on planes and cope with passangers but at the same time, they wish to discover new places and travel around the globe. For some of them, it is a dream job which they have been dreaming of since their childhood. But is it easy to defeat so many rivals and get this job? Not at all. Just on the contrary. It is a tall order and it is extremely tough to become a flight attendant. There are a lot of requirements to meet. First of all, the age is germane. U should be at least 18 years old but not more than 30. Higher education is not necessary but obviously, it is better when you have a bachelor's or a master's degree. What about languages? Of course, you need to be able to communicate in english with no problems but it is well-worth studying more languages as thanks to it, it is more probable that you will be admitted. It is a physically demanding job then you should be healthy and able to deal with difficult situations and with a lot of stress. Your appearance is taken into consideration as well. You should be at least 1.65 cm tall but not more than 1.80cm. You should be energetic, smiling, cheerful, courteous and keen to give passangers a hand. But anyway, all this is not enough. Before being allowed to fly and before becoming a member of a cabin crew, you need to take part in various courses, for example, first aid course. Moreover, you need to pass exams related to the build of planes or the equipment on board and more things but on the other side, it is essential to be lucky because even if u meet all the requirements, it is not guaranteed that you will become a flight attendant :) Then it is like this :) By the way, I am happy to fly abroad in seven days! :)
Have a nice Friday! :)

Iceland

These days, I am kind of busy then that is why, I can't travel abroad too much, obviously, except for my very frequent visits in Denmark( by the way, I am going over there in less than two weeks then I am falling over the moon). Anyway, I am still willing to discover more palces around the world then I am going to visit Iceland perhaps in April. Generally, Iceland is said to be such a freezing cold country and that's the truth but all the same, there are so many tourists flocking there each year. Breathtaking landscapes, glaciers, snow-capped mountains- all this attracts us a lot. The capital city- Rejkavik, isn't inhabited by plenty of people but there are always lots of foreigners impressed by the beauty of the place then it's always overcrowded. Unfortunately, days dont last a lot of time and it gets dark very fast so it might be quite overwhelming to live there in the long run but I am certain that this place is well- worth seeing indeed then I hope to go to Iceland in few months! :)

Too much work

Unfortunately, currently, I am so busy that I don't even have too much time to add any new post. Today, It's Saturday but sadely, I had to wake up and get up quite early in the morning to take my danish lesson. Then, I got home and I know well that I should have started out studying for my tests related to french but instead of doing it, I just jumped into my bed to take a nap as I was exhausted indeed and I didnt have any energy to get some knowledge. Moreover, these days, the weather is truly awful. It gets dark outside very fast so I guess that we all feel like sleeping or just dealing with rubbish instead of working hard to improve our skills. I miss summer so much but I am certain that I will bear this period of time :) Now, I should focus on french to learn by heart some things for my tests and then I wish I could watch the french talk show ''Toute une histoire" and at the end of the day, I will revise danish as well but for the moment, I am so content because my lessons are going very well then I hope to be communicative as soon as possible.
Well, It's high time I started studying :)
Have a good evening :)

Friday's evening with danish

Luckily, my today's lessons have ended up then right now, I am at home and I can take a good rest but sadely, not for a long period of time because I need to do my homework. Moreover, during the week which is upcoming, I will have some tests so I'd better study a lot but this evening I want to focus on danish. For less than a month, I have been taking danish lessons. For sure, initially, I was terrified as it seemed to me that the language was so tough and complicated. But I have changed my perception and these days, I am as keen as mustard to spend hours on end on learning danish. I should mention that actually, this scandinavian language is a little bit similar to english as well as german. In fact, I have never had any opportunity to pick some german but I dont have any difficulties in learning by heart danish vocabulary. Obviously, for the moment, it is truly challenging for me but it is getting better and better with the time then I am hopeful that I will become pretty communicative as soon as possible. Here, I will give u some basic expressions just in case you go to Denmark one day :)

*Hej- Hi

*Hvad hedder du- What is your name

The charm of the northern Europe

Last Friday, I went to Denmark just for four days but as usual, my stay over there was unforgettable and splendid then I wish I could go back to this magnificent country as soon as possible. It was my fourth time in Denmark but all the same, I was truly impressed and I did not feel like leaving this country. I should mention that I was in the capital city- Copenhagen which is such a cosy city. Sadely, like in Scandinavian countries, generally, the weather in Denmark is not too warm. It is quite cold and very windy. Moreover, the weather is so changeable then you can wake up in the morning and you can see that the sun shines but after a couple of minutes, all this can change and it might start raining cats and dogs. But despite all this, I am really in love with this city. I hope to come back over there very soon- probably next week. From my point of view, Copenhagen is not such a huge city. I am keen on the heart of the city and in particular the amusement park which is called Tivoli and which attracts so many people. The city center is filled with narrow streets with restaurants and cafeterias which are quite expensive. Denmark is an affluent country then it means that citizens make a lot of money but on the other side, they pay high taxes. In addition, products in supermarkets are not cheap either. But there are still a lot of foreigners living there. Now, it is high time I took a nap because I am really tired after my yesterday's return :)

The beginning

My second year at the University has started out and everything is already tough indeed. Daily lessons, doing the homework, doing my best to learn by heart a variety of things- all this happens on a regular basis. Sadely, I am not able to lie around, do nothing and deal with rubbish just like during the holidays. I truly need to study a lot since currently everything is much more difficult, particularly if it comes to my french lessons. Teachers are so strict and demanding and there are plenty of new things. Luckily, I am highly- motivated and determined to improve my skills, get better day-to-day and at the same time, broaden up my mind and open up new horizons then hopefully, I will be capable of bearing this university year and passing my exams with flying colours. For the moment, that is my main goal then I am certain that i wont give up so easily even if I am exhausted, overworked and fed up with everything. Unfortunately, life is not easy but it is well worth spending hours on end on studying as thanks to it we can achieve our goals, lead a decent life and take advantage of everything. But most importantly, it allowes us to be satisfied and happy. I always remember this thing then therefore, I am willing to work a lot even when i dont feel like at all and when it seems to me that there is no point in doing it. And it is like this at the moment :D I am awfully tired and sick of everything but i need to focus on french to revise some things but directly after it I am going to fall asleep to recharge my batteries before tomorrow's lessons and my flight to Copenhagen. I wish everyone a good night !! :)
